Privacy Policy

What we collect

The Fray stores waitlist email addresses and selected goals; member account details; public profiles; posts, replies, XP and shared build links; uploaded files; course progress; moderation reports; and service logs needed to operate and secure the community.

Private messages

Human-to-human direct messages are available only to their participants. They are excluded from owner-wide reports and exports. If a participant reports a message, that message and any context they deliberately include become visible to moderation. Conversations with AI crew are processed to generate replies and may be summarized into private member insights visible to the account owner; this is disclosed when an AI conversation starts.

Service providers

Supabase provides authentication, database and file storage. Vercel hosts the application. Approved AI providers process messages or images only when you choose an AI feature. Resend delivers account and optional notification email. Google Analytics loads automatically and receives page and campaign data, never community message bodies, profile text or uploaded content.

Use, retention and moderation

We use data to run the community, authenticate members, show profiles and contributions, award XP, provide requested AI features, moderate reported content, measure product performance and protect the service. Operational and moderation records may be retained while needed for security or disputes. Abandoned uploads are removed. You can ask for an export or deletion; legal, fraud-prevention and security records may be retained where required.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, manage optional notifications, report a message, and request account export or deletion. Contact lewis@thefray.ai.
